A successful, splashy launch sets the ownership group up for continued growth in the market.
The mission is clear: drive new member growth as quickly as possible, building excitement about this brand new way to wash your car.
Our Grand Opening strategy utilized both paid and organic digital media to spread the word about Super Rápido Car Wash and to create a community of fans before the first car rolled through.

How We Did It:
We utilized both paid and organic digital media placements to connect early and often with local drivers, targeting people who travel by car within 5 miles of the car wash during their daily life.
Our goal was to educate drivers about how Express Tunnel car washes work and the benefits of a car wash membership as part of regular vehicle maintenance.
Paid Social Media
Video and pictures showcasing the experience of an Express Tunnel car wash as well as the friendly face of the brand’s mascot, Coquito, showed drivers what they could expect when the car wash opened in Vega Baja.
Organic Social Media
The conversational nature of social media allowed drivers in Vega Baja the opportunity to ask questions about how an Express Tunnel car wash works, what kinds of vehicles can and cannot use it, and if membership really meant they could wash their car was many times as they wanted.
