Digital Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)
Mud Mile is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced digital marketing specialist to join us on our path.

Key Responsibilities
- Social Media
- Work with our team of copywriters, graphic designers, and video editors to draft organic social media posts for both B2B and B2C clients
- Work with client to identify appropriate landing pages, as necessary
- Work with client and stakeholders to get approval prior to publication
- Be open to editing requests and feedback from Mud Mile’s creative team and clients
- Manage multiple accounts with varying objectives and voices
- A willingness to ask questions and display intellectual curiosity about the campaign to help facilitate a better understanding of overall goals to achieve an optimal outcome
- Digital Ads
- Work with our team of copywriters, graphic designers, and video editors to create impactful and eye catching digital advertisements for clients
- Build advertising campaigns and update existing ad groups for clients utilizing an existing budget and messaging calendar
- Make adjustments to media or messaging to improve digital advertising performance as it relates to client’s goals and KPIs
- Manage multiple accounts with varying objectives
- Monitor KPIs and work with stakeholders to adjust strategy accordingly
- Maintain working knowledge of platform’s terms and conditions and legal requirements related to special categories
- A willingness to ask questions and display intellectual curiosity about the campaign to help facilitate a better understanding of overall goals to achieve an optimal outcome
Requirements
- 1+ years working with social media and digital advertising for both B2B and B2C accounts in-house, at an agency, or in a freelance capacity
- Experience with SproutSocial or another social media scheduler, such as HootSuite, Later, or CoSchedule
- Google Ads Certification
- Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, CTV/OTV, and Geofencing
- Experience with eCommerce advertising
- Strong communication skills to interact with both clients and members of the Mud Mile team
- Strong time management skills and a commitment to adhere to deadlines and brand voice
- Keen attention to detail to confirm campaign details are programmed accurately
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with teams

- Make adjustments to content plan, as needed, to accommodate changes in client’s business plan and calendar
- Segment audiences according to various parameters as needed

- Update reporting scorecards after a campaign’s completion to help monitor KPIs and adjust strategy accordingly

Working Knowledge of 3D Suites (Cinema4D, 3DS MAX, Maya, Modo, etc)

Knowledge of advanced color grading, 2D/3D tracking, and keying/compositing

Strong communications skills to interface with clients during the lifespan of a project
